Aaron Chesley

Aaron may have just joined the team, but he’s not new to building and scaling fintech infrastructure. Over the past 20 years, he’s helped grow organizations like Kount (acquired by Equifax) and TokenEx, leading teams in customer success, advisory services, and solutions architecture.

From fraud prevention to PCI compliance, Aaron’s career has lived at the intersection of data security, onboarding, and operational scale.

Now, he’s diving into customer strategy and internal process here at iDENTIFY, and already making an impact. “I was expecting to come in and help build a lot of processes from scratch,” he said. “But I’ve been blown away. You all are so much farther ahead than I thought. We’re right on the cusp of something big. I feel lucky to be here!”

He lives in Boise with his family and loves traveling, hiking, and checking off bucket-list adventures (next up: Machu Picchu). He’s also passionate about keeping work in its place: “I work hard so I can live my life, and be there for the people who matter most.”
