Richard Demke

Richard Demke is a Data Platform Engineer at iDENTIFY, where he helps banks and credit unions solve the data, integration, and infrastructure challenges that come with modernizing their technology.

His background spans data engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations. Richard particularly enjoys working on problems that cross system boundaries, figuring out how all the pieces fit together, and turning complicated or one off solutions into reliable patterns that can be reused and scaled.

At iDENTIFY, he works across data engineering and infrastructure, helping build better pipelines, integrations, automation, and reusable platform capabilities. His focus is on making client onboarding and delivery more repeatable while creating a dependable data foundation for analytics, automation, and AI.

‍Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, multiplayer video games, working in the yard, and watching college football. I am also usually tinkering with a side project, working on something around the house, or finding something new to build or improve.
