iDENTIFY's Eye-Opening Journey with Advocates for Africa

Lee Easton and Jordan Easton, President and wife, of iDENTIFY, respectively, recently visited Rwanda in March 2023 as part of Advocates for Africa. Their journey was an eye-opening experience that opened their hearts and minds to the challenges and beauty of the country.

Advocates for Africa is a non-profit organization that provides healthcare and educational support to communities in Rwanda. Lee and Jordan's trip was part of their commitment to giving back and making a positive impact in the world.

During their trip, Lee and Jordan had the opportunity to visit several schools and healthcare centers in Rwanda. They interacted with children and young adults, sharing their knowledge and experiences with them. They also visited hospitals and clinics, observing and learning about the healthcare systems in place.

One of the most significant lessons they learned during their trip was the resilience and optimism of the people they met. Despite the many challenges faced by African communities, such as poverty, disease, and political instability, the people remained hopeful and determined to build a better future for themselves and their families. Their resilience was inspiring and left a lasting impression on Lee and Jordan.

Another lesson they learned was the importance of education in driving positive change. The schools they visited were filled with bright and eager students who were excited to learn and improve their lives. Lee and Jordan were struck by the dedication of the teachers and the positive impact they were having on their students.

The healthcare centers they visited highlighted the importance of access to healthcare and the challenges that come with limited resources. They saw firsthand the dedication and passion of healthcare workers who worked tirelessly to provide care to their patients.

Overall, Lee and Jordan's trip to Rwanda was a humbling and enlightening experience that reinforced their commitment to making a positive impact in the world. They returned home inspired by the resilience, optimism, and determination of the African people and are excited to continue supporting the work of organizations like Advocates for Africa.

In conclusion, Lee and Jordan's trip to Rwanda was an opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally. It highlighted the importance of giving back and making a positive impact in the world. Their experience is a reminder that we all have a role to play in creating a better future for ourselves and our communities.
